The following payment conditions apply to so-called self-pay services, which are not covered by TARMED and are therefore not covered by health insurance: 30 days total amount, or the option to make partial payments of your choice with attractive interest rates (minimum payment 5% of the outstanding amount per month). Appointments that have already been made can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Please inform us by phone, email, Whatsapp or a voice message on the answering machine. To cancel an appointment booked online, use the cancel button in the confirmation email. If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment or not canceled at all (no-show), the patient is liable for compensation. If a treatment can no longer be carried out due to a patient delay, the obligation to pay compensation also applies.
As a dermatologist, it is a pleasure for me to accompany my patients on their journey to healthy skin. Everyone has their own story and I appreciate the trust they place in me. It is fulfilling to see how my patients' skin improves and their self-confidence grows. Their well-being is always my top priority.
