Appointment Cancellations
Appointments already agreed upon can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Please use the cancellation button in the confirmation email for canceling an online booked appointment. For all other types of cancellations, please inform us by phone, email, WhatsApp, or a voice message on the answering machine. Cancellation notifications via Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube will not be accepted.
If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment or not canceled (No-Show), the patient will be liable for compensation.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late for the agreed appointment, we reserve the right to shorten the treatment/consultation time, or if the appointment can no longer take place, to charge compensation equivalent to an appointment cancellation. Whether an appointment can still take place is at the discretion of the doctor or therapist. This compensation amounts to a flat rate of CHF 100 for a medical consultation, at least 150 CHF for a treatment appointment, and CHF 50 for a complimentary (free) consultation appointment.
Reasons presented afterward for missed appointments cannot be considered.
Reminder Fees
Invoices must be paid within 30 days without deduction. From the 2nd reminder, a reminder fee of CHF 20 is payable.
Self-Paying Services/Products/Medications
All services, products, and medications not covered by the health insurance must be paid directly on-site and immediately after provision or receipt. Payment of these costs on account is possible after a prior credit check. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Post Finance, Maestro, Twint, and cash in CHF.
Subscriptions
Selected cosmetic treatments are available as a 3-session subscription. These are marked on the website and in the price list. The subscription is paid after the first treatment and thus applies to the completed and the two future treatments. Subscriptions cannot be purchased retroactively.
Price Adjustments
Dermanence reserves the right to continuously adjust the prices for services, products, and medications.
The price indicated at the time of contract conclusion applies. The current prices are listed on the website dermanence.ch and in the price list with the validity date.
Packages
Packages may include follow-up products that are included in the package price. These products are part of the package price and cannot be deducted if the patient wishes to forgo them.
Vouchers
Dermanence vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue and cannot be paid out in cash.
Patient Information/Consent Form
Many procedures, therapies, and treatments at Dermanence require patient information that must be signed by the patient with a legally valid signature on the consent form no later than immediately before the procedure at Dermanence. For legal reasons, Dermanence cannot perform any procedures, therapies, or treatments if the patient refuses to sign the consent form.
Contracting Party
The contracting party of the patient is exclusively Dermanence AG.
Jurisdiction / Applicable Law
For the resolution of disputes arising from this contract, the ordinary courts of the Canton of Zurich are recognized as competent. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the business location of Dermanence AG. Swiss law, in particular Articles 394 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations on the contract, is applicable.
