Appointment cancellations
Appointments that have already been arranged can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Please use the cancellation button in the confirmation email to cancel an appointment booked online. For all other types of cancellations, please inform us by phone, email, Whatsapp or a voice message on the answering machine. Cancellation messages via Facebook, Instagram or Youtube are not accepted.

If an appointment is cancelled or not cancelled (no-show) less than 24 hours before the appointment, the patient becomes liable to pay compensation. If a booked treatment can no longer be carried out due to a delay by the patient, the patient will also be liable to pay compensation. This compensation amounts to a flat rate of CHF 100 for a doctor’s consultation, at least CHF 150 for a treatment appointment and CHF 50 for an offered (free) consultation appointment.

Subsequent justifications for missed appointments cannot be taken into account.

Reminder fees
Invoices must be paid within 30 days without deduction. A reminder fee of CHF 20 is payable from the 2nd reminder onwards.

Self-pay services/products/medications
All services, products and medicines which are not covered by the health insurance must be paid for directly on site and immediately after they have been carried out or received. Payment of these costs on account is excluded. We accept the following means of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Post Finance, Maestro, Twint and cash in CHF.

Subscriptions
Selected cosmetic treatments are available as a 3-pack subscription. These are marked on the website and in the price list. The subscription is paid after the first treatment and is therefore valid for the treatment carried out and the two future treatments. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled retroactively.

Price adjustments
Dermanence reserves the right to adjust the prices of services, products and medicines on an ongoing basis.
The price shown at the time of conclusion of the contract applies. The current prices are shown on the website dermanence.ch and in the price list with the date of validity.

Packages
Packages may contain aftercare products that are included in the package price. These products are part of the package price and cannot be deducted if the patient wishes to waive them.

Vouchers
Dermanence vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue and cannot be paid out in cash.

Patient information/consent form
Many procedures, therapies and treatments at Dermanence require a patient information form which must be signed by the patient and submitted to Dermanence by means of a legally valid signature on the consent form at the latest immediately prior to the procedure. For legal reasons, Dermanence cannot perform any procedures, therapies or treatments if the patient refuses to sign the consent form.

Contractual partner
The contractual partner of the patient is exclusively Dermanence AG.

Place of jurisdiction / Applicable law
The ordinary courts of the Canton of Zurich are recognised as having jurisdiction for the settlement of disputes arising from this contract. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Dermanence AG. Swiss law, in particular Articles 394 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations on the contract, is applicable
